Delivery Restrictions:

Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.

Extended Delivery Time and Surcharges:

Certain postcodes may experience longer delivery times and additional surcharges. Please review the information below:

  • Surcharge by Courier: The following postcodes will incur a surcharge: DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, KY, G, PA, FK, LL, EX, PL, TQ, CT, IV, AB, PH, DD, TR.

  • Delivery Schedule: After dispatch, your delivery will arrive within 7 WORKING DAYS. The courier will contact you 1 or 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. For Ireland deliveries, the expected timeframe is between 14 to 20 days.

Delivery Location:

  • For residential buildings, deliveries will be made to the front door.

  • For flats or multi-story buildings, deliveries will be made to the communal door of the building.

Transparent Delivery Process:

At Bradford Furniture & Carpet, we trust our courier service to handle the delivery of your items with great care. While we carefully package and dispatch your order, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, we offer a one-time free replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your item to report any damage and arrange a replacement.

Upon registering the delivery into the courier’s system, they will assign a specific delivery day and notify you directly with the expected delivery date and an estimated time window. Expect the courier to call you about an hour before delivery to confirm the exact timing.

Important Precautions:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we advise the following:

  • Please do not schedule time off work until you have received confirmation and a call from the delivery company with your confirmed delivery date.

  • Refrain from disposing of your old furniture until you have received the new one. Unexpected delays can sometimes lead to rescheduled deliveries.

  • All our beds come with a one-year manufacturing guarantee, covering manufacturing defects, but not general wear and tear or accidental damage.

Additional Notes:

  • Kindly ensure that we have your updated contact details. Failure to do so may result in communication issues regarding your delivery.

  • While the website may display an estimated delivery date, the actual delivery date will be confirmed directly by the courier.

  • Our delivery drivers are not insured to carry items beyond the ground floor or to remove old furniture. Any additional help they offer is at your discretion and responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting damages.

Flexibility in Delivery Timing:

Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Estimated times may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend setting aside the entire day for delivery.

Contingency Plans:

In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances delay delivery, the driver will leave a card with instructions for a second attempt. If rescheduling is not possible, or if you face any issues, please contact Bradford Furniture & Carpet customer service with your order details. We will do our utmost to assist you.
