2.1 We sell furniture, carpets, and related products, including standard, made-to-measure, and bespoke items.
2.2 Product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to materials, lighting, or display devices.
2.3 We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Orders
3.1 Orders can be placed via our website or in-store.
3.2 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order but confirms receipt.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable or an error has occurred.
3.4 For made-to-measure or bespoke products, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Prices may change without notice; however, any confirmed order will be honoured at the price stated at the time of purchase.
4.3 Payment must be made in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Payment is processed securely, and we do not store sensitive card details.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customisation, and location.
5.2 Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5.3 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect all items on receipt and report any damage or missing items immediately.
5.4 For made-to-measure or bespoke items, delivery times may be longer due to production schedules.
5.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is suitable. Additional charges may apply if extra assistance is required (stairs, narrow doors, etc.).
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
6.2 Made-to-measure or bespoke items cannot normally be returned unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
6.3 Any faults or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6.4 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase once items are returned and inspected.
6.5 The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to Bradford Furniture Ltd, unless the return is due to a fault or damage for which we are responsible.
6.6 We DO NOT offer exchanges under any circumstances.
7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 Products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or profit.
7.3 Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
7.4 Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Customers must ensure products are suitable for their intended use and space.
8.2 Self-assembly furniture must be assembled according to the instructions provided. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly.
8.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery areas are accessible and safe.
